Benjamin Colussi
Benjamin is a Southern France native who became a Sifu (Master) of Pak Mei, a rare and explosive Kung Fu style. After studying Chinese, his martial quest led him to Foshan, China, where he was chosen as the heir of Master Lao Wei San. In 2011, he opened his school in the heart of Paris, transmitting Pak Mei to students from all over the world and eventually becoming the Vice-President of the Foshan Pak Mei Sport Association.
Benjamin’s modern, cinematic vision of martial arts which he famously calls "the art of lightning hands" quickly caught the eye of the entertainment industry.. He is the Kung Fu master behind the global video game hit SIFU (2022), having choreographed all the fights and inspired the movements of the main character. This phenomenon is now being adapted into a live-action project produced by Chad Stahelski (John Wick’s director). Building on this global recognition, Benjamin was invited to China to deliver major conferences on screen fighting and Kung Fu, presented fluently in Chinese.
Transitioning from fight choreography to screen acting, Benjamin made his film debut as a stuntman before quickly stepping into speaking and physical roles. He recently shared the screen with Elisabeth Moss, personally fighting her in the series The Veil, and appear in Ryan Murphy’s anthology The Beauty, as well as Sébastien Marnier’s HBO series Paolo.
A perfectionist driven to push the boundaries of his craft, Benjamin continuously hones his acting skills with renowned French drama coaches Daniel Mesguich and Sarah Sanders.
Now dividing his time between Paris and international sets, Benjamin continues to bridge the gap between genuine martial arts heritage, elite fight choreography, and powerful screen acting.
